Tarte affolante au chèvre

Là, je crois que j'ai trouvé "La Tarte au Chèvre", la vraie, l'excellence, celle faite exprès pour moi, qui me bouscule les papilles rien qu'à regarder. L'irrésistible, pâte croustillante, tomates sucrées, l'origan qui relève le tout subtilement, le fromage, qui sublime le tout. Et la petit pointe de moutarde, infime, qu'on ne sent quasiment pas, cachée sous son lit de chapelure, bien caché au fond de tout ce petit monde, juste au dessus de la pâte. Je dois dire que j'en suis presque tombée amoureuse... affolant non?

La recette est inspirée de What's for lunch, j'adore ce blog! J'y ai juste apporté quelques modifications.

Ingrédients
1 pâte brisée maison
4 tomates Roma
1 bûche de chèvre
3 oeufs
20cl de crème fraîche
50g d'emmental râpé
1 cuiller à café de moutarde à l'ancienne
chapelure (1 cuiller à soupe environ)
origan
basilic frais
sel, poivre

Recette
Préparer la pâte brisée.
Foncer un moule à tarte avec la pâte. La piquer et la badigeonner de moutarde. Recouvrir de chapelure.
Nettoyer les tomates, les sécher, les couper en rondelles.
Couper la bûche de chèvre en rondelles.
Disposer les tomates ainsi que le chèvre sur le fonds de tarte, en alternance.
Saler, poivrer et saupoudrer d'origan.
Dans un saladier, battre les oeufs avec la crème. Saler, poivrer et ajouter le basilic frais et ciselé à volonté!
Verser cet appareil sur la tarte.
Enfourner pour 35 minutes à four préchauffé à 180°C.
Dix minutes avant la fin (et pas avant!), ajouter l'emmental.

Je l'ai mangée juste tiède, parfait pour moi!

Tes photos sont absolument magnifiques, bien plus jolies que les miennes réalisées à la va-vite, une jour de faible intensité lumineuse (un jour normal, quoi, surtout quand on habite Dunkerque...).
